And on to more serious subjects--
A few weeks ago we were having a (hurried) morning family prayer and Blake was having a tough morning. Dave was praying. . .
Dave: Please bless Blake that he will be happy
Blake: AGHHHHHHH! (insert loud, sudden droning sort of a Chewbacca cry here)
Luckily we had a friend present for this one to experience the pleasure.
Blake is very capable of praying, but has recently decided it is more fun (and funny) to ask for help during the prayer, and continually ask the "helper" to talk louder until that person is practically yelling the prayer at Blake. Ellie has since hopped on board with this style and it's quite entertaining, albeit not so reverent.
Anyway, on occasion, Blake interjects comments into his prayer and actually does forgot his train of thought. This one was classic.
Dave (helper): We're grateful for our family.
Blake: Grateful for family.
Dave: We're grateful for our health.
Blake: We're grateful for our health.
Dave: Bless Blake that he won't have to cough.
Blake: Bless Blake that he won't have to (cough, cough, Blake practically hacks up a lung) . Dad, what was I supposed to say again?
Dave: cough.
Blake: Oh yeah, cough.

Okay, your posts are few and far between, but TOTALLY worth the wait!
Classic blackmail pictures!
Your kids crack me up. And I love the post below too.
Spencer was a big underwear on the head kind of guy too and they do make good blackmail pictures!
What would we all do to stay entertained without kids?
Yeah, we do the community prayers thing too. We shout out people's names to be blessed. It's reverent.
Nice panties.
