Verbatim of Ellie's (3) prayer from last night at FHE:
Heavenly Father,
Please bless the refreshments.
Please help the boys to be reverent during the prayer.
Please bless God to stay with the good guys.
Amen.
And while cleaning the bathroom yesterday, Michael called out from the other room
"Mom, why do you not want to die?"
I thought about this for a moment, then answered about how I want to die at the end of my life, but not for a long time. I want to do so many things. I especially want to see my children grow up and have families and become great people. Then I really thought about how to answer this questions.
Michael rephrased:
"Mom, then why does everyone else in the world want to die?"
I came out of the bathroom and explained that that wasn't true, then followed that up with a few more thoughts about the value of life.
Michael look confused, and he looked me in the eye and said more clearly, "Mom, I said why do you not want a dog?"
Oops, right answer to the wrong question.

What a beautiful, beautiful family! Congratulations on the arrival of the newest member of the Moeller family. We miss you guys out here! We recently bought a house in the Vienna Ward boundaries and it's just not the same without the Moellers!
